There is a slang word that  says; the youth is the church of tomorrow( ugwaruka n’Ishengero ry’ejo hazoza). It is by that way, we established a youth department where we make them spiritually busy and encouraging them to study hard for a better future to them and society. They also learn how to early serve God through choirs, interpretation, and after church and school programs.

➢  Choir: This group of singers is very liked by the youth, because it makes them to meet again and they take a good time to learn songs, to pray, read God’s word instructions, leadership, and others Christian disciplines that keep them from unworthy life.

➢    Interpretation program:  Due to the language berries in our church and community, the church has introduced an interpretation program to facilitate the communication and misunderstanding between church’s members who speak other languages more than English. We the young youth of the church have voluntarily form a strong energetic group of collage students who speak fluently English, Kirundi, Swahili and other languages, so our church’s services are in English and Kirundi which are the most languages spoken by our church’s members. We train young people to become more efficient and confident before being admitted to our interpretation volunteers team.

➢    Sunday School And Bible study program:  In order to offer a safe and comfort environment to our children, we have created a very dedicated group of Sunday school teachers to assist children in another room while   parents are in church.  This group of volunteers has been trained to assist our children, and they continue to receive  seminaries from RBFChurch leadership in order to have full knowledge of Bible to empower the children to grow spiritually into the word of  God. It is helpful also to them as Sunday school teachers for better serve tomorrow as a good examples in church and community.

➢    After church and school programs. We have introduced several programs that help our youth generation to get away from many violence and destructive activities that can lead them to the wrong ways, those activities  are mostly happened during the weekend while our youth are not at school, we have several soccer teams and football, and basket ball. we also teach them traditional dance and so songs.

➢    Challenges: Since we are renting a building for couple hours during our services, we mostly face some challenges to accomplish most of our activities.  We don’t have any  space worthy  to our activities, for instance most our choir practices, bible study, prayers and seminaries are done in our homes like primitive church!!! Our goal now is to have our own roof where we can have enough time and space  to achieve these church’s tomorrow activities
