It is an organized unit of Restoration of Bible Fellowship Church in Houston Women shall be a community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ, to develop a creative, supportive fellowship, and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church.
ABLE WOMEN “Turashoboye “
In the church, there are also the women who are active and determine, every women without any discrimination.
Those women support the church with prayers and some activities. The women are grouped in association” Turashoboye” which mean Able Women since 2013. In order to reach the people who are still in the darkness, the women began diverse activities, such as preaching, visiting, and counseling thee others.
Preaching: The women sow seeds in families and neighbourhoods by being respectful and humble. The bible says”A Christian needs to be the light and the salt for this earth “Matthew 5:13,16. The women have annual conference in which they invite many people from other states and some of them get a new life and become the followers of Jesus Christ. In addition, the women started a plan of praying and seminary once in three months to review what they did and to plan for the future.
Visiting: the women like to share the love as bible tells us, so they visit each others and strongly visit some who lost the family member or who has the new born. However, they can bring the foods and money from the contributions they give every month. The last activity is counseling: the women have the leaders who advice them. They are also in different stages of life which help them to benefit the advice from the wise moms. The old women can show the young moms how to take care of family, and the single moms receive the lessons of how they live with Jesus Christ the sober life instead of falling in sins because of temptations. Because God called us to serve him with our spirit and our hands as virtuous women. proverbs 31:10,31
The Able women have many projects we can do, however we are some times limited because of lack of means. Our mutual contributions is very poor for most of our ladies do not have a good job or full time job. This is the reason why we need more blessed and able women to join us and boost together our association in order to extend our activities far from our limits.
